We are thrilled to inform you that Red Ribbon Week will be commencing this coming Monday, and we have an exciting opportunity for all students to participate in a special event—a school-wide essay writing contest! This is a wonderful chance for students to express their creativity and thoughts on important topics while engaging in a fun and educational activity.

Contest Details:

Purpose: The essay contest aims to encourage students to reflect on the significance of Red Ribbon Week and the importance of making healthy and safe choices.
Eligibility: All students across different grade levels are invited to participate.
Prizes: Each grade level will have the opportunity for one student to win a $25 Walmart gift card, a token of appreciation for their exceptional writing efforts.

Prompts tailored to each grade level are attached to this message, providing students with a variety of topics to inspire their essays.

Submission Guidelines:

All essays must be submitted by 3:00 PM on Friday, October 31 on Writable.
We encourage you to discuss the essay topics with your child and support them in crafting their submissions. This contest is not only a chance to win a prize but also an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about the themes of Red Ribbon Week.
